Cancellation Policy
All bookings are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been completed, no refunds, cancellations, credits, or reimbursements shall be issued for any reason, including but not limited to:
- Non-attendance or no-show
- Late arrival
- Changes in personal circumstances
- Scheduling conflicts
- Failure to use the reserved court time

›When is my booking confirmed?
Your reservation is confirmed only after full payment has been successfully received. Unpaid reservations are not guaranteed and may be released without prior notice.
›What should I check before completing my reservation?
Please carefully review all booking details before making payment, including:
- Court number or assignment
- Reservation date
- Time slot
- Duration of play
Once your booking is confirmed, changes may not be possible.
›Can I reschedule my booking?
Rescheduling requests may be considered at the discretion of management and are subject to:
- Court availability
- Sufficient advance notice
- Any applicable administrative or rebooking fees
Please note that rescheduling is not guaranteed.
›What happens if I arrive late?
Your reserved time begins at the scheduled start time. Arriving late does not extend your session, and the court must be vacated at the end of your booked slot. No refunds or time extensions are provided for late arrivals.
›What are the court rules?
Please wear proper non-marking court shoes, clean up after your session, and be respectful of other players and staff. Follow all posted facility guidelines and staff instructions while on the courts.
›What happens if the facility needs to close unexpectedly?
In the rare event of an unexpected closure (such as maintenance, power interruption, or circumstances beyond our control), affected bookings will be rescheduled or credited at management's discretion. We'll notify you as soon as possible.
